Reflex Deluxe Programs
Why not allow a little longer and experience a deluxe reflexology treatment. Deluxe treatments go for 11/2 hours. Upon arrival a comprehensive health history is recorded. This will be used to ensure that a personalised treatment plan can be designed taking into account your particular health requirements.
Aromatherapy Foot bath
The treatment commences with a relaxing aromatherapy footbath treatment, incorporating essential oils specifically beneficial to your needs.
Should you require it VRT – Vertical reflexology techniques will be applied for approx 3-5 minutes to assist with any musculoskeletal issues you may have. You will be asked to recline in a specialised reflexology chair or massage table. An eye patch will be available to enhance your relaxation.
Vertical Reflexology
All areas of both feet and ankles are worked on thoroughly, commencing with a wide range of relaxation moves and followed by a selection of advanced reflexology techniques. This will involve using specific palpation of the thumbs, fingers, or knuckles. Areas of concern or congestion will receive extra attention, and you will feel extremely relaxed.
An Endocrine balance, Brazilian toe massage or Chakra massage will be applied on the feet, followed by a Lymphatic stimulation routine, to flush away any toxins. All the reflexes on both feet are once again worked thoroughly and simultaneously with aromatherapy infused lotion.
Reflexology in action
The treatment on your feet will conclude with a hot towel cleanse, before either your hands or ears are palpated – again targeting any areas of concern.
By adding Hand reflexology or Auriculotherapy to your treatment, the effect is likely to be intensified.
